If you haven't read the Angry Faerie blog, you may have missed this:

My wife reads the Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris. If you're unfamiliar with the books, you may be familiar with the tv show based on her books, HBO's TRUE BLOOD.

So we were at the grocery store the other day and saw the latest book was out, and naturally we had to buy it, right? So standing in line, I'm holding the book and read the description on the dust jacket for these editions adventure:

After enduring torture and the loss of loved ones during the brief but deadly Faery War, Sookie Stackhouse is hurt and she's angry. Just about the only bright spot in her life is the love she thinks she feels for vampire Eric Northman. But he's under scrutiny by the new Vampire King because of their relationship. And as the political implications of the Shifters coming out are beginning to be felt, Sookie's connection to the Shreveport pack draws her into the debate. Worst of all, though the door to Faery has been closed, there are still some Fae on the human side-and one of them is angry at Sookie. Very, very angry...

So... to be clear: In the latest Sookie Stackhouse novel... there is an ANGRY FAERIE!

OK 1st let me state I was wrong Friday--I went back and saw the axe in the "Celine Dion" storyline so I figured it was AF's.

@Steve--I don't think it's the axe that's doing the killing--Axes don't kill f'in Zombies, Angry Faeries kill f'in zombies. Probably because they were gonna take away her favorite toy...

And yeah, AF is able to kill Draugrs because despite herself, she's a true hero deep down. She has the power! By the power of luuuuuvvvvv LMFAO :P

@Shaman - Yes, Charlaine Harris will be getting a note from my lawyer! Not that I have a lawyer... but I'll fake it. And IS that why Angry Faerie kills? Hmmm... we'll see about that...

@Magravan - Mika totally got then weakened for her :)

Magic axe!
In the strip before this on, the axe strikes from the front...
In this strip, the handle is pointed behind him.
Either the axe handle can magically switch sides,
or this is a different not-a-zombie.
(forgot how to spell their name.)

@Anahuyu - I like the magic theory. It's much better than my making a mistake (and more believable :))
